MIB Store POS System Data Printed on Charge Statements
Charge statements are for accounts that are allowed to buy on credit. They show the account name, how much they owe and why they owe it. They are usually billed monthly or weekly. The statements show;
Your company name and address
Account name and address being billed
Charge statement beginning and ending dates
Amount account owed at beginning of the billing period
Listing of each charge invoice within billing period
Listing of each Received on Account during billing period
Service charge if applicable
Amount account owes at end of billing period
Summary of sales, returns., Received on Accounts, service charge and any past due amounts.
