Locate Previous Invoices by Comments


When you add an item to an invoice, you can add up to 60 characters of comments for that item. For example, you might use the comment for the serial number of an item. If the item is returned for warranty, you can search invoices for that serial number. You can search for partial characters in the comments. For instance, you might load “SERIAL NUMBER 0123456789” as the part number comment but you might search on 234567.
