Locate Changes made to an Inventory Item's Data


You can track every time that somebody checked stock on a item and changed any of the item's inventory data. You can search on all part numbers or one part number. If the Number On Hand has been changed, the amount of that change will display as either a plus or a minus depending on whether the Number On Hand was increased or decreased. The system displays the item's inventory data after the change was made. This option is password protected.
