Items who’s Number On Hand was Changed Manually


An item is changed manually if a person checks stock on an item and tells the system to set the Number On Hand to a value that they specify.

There is an optional report that is part of your end of day report. It lists part numbers whose Number On Hand was changed and the amount of the change.

Also, from the on-line menu you can have your system display all Number On Hand changes one at a time starting at some date and either going forward or backward. This option is pass word protected.

You can lock out manual changes to the Number On Hand.
