Limit Invoices to Only Items In or Not In your Computer's Inventory


You can limit your report of items sold to only those that are not items in your computer's inventory. For instance, a clerk is selling an item and can't find it in the computer's inventory. The clerk knows the price and sells it as a special order. Now you have a special order item loaded into your inventory and the Number On Hand for the item that the clerk couldn't find is over because it wasn't sold properly.
